Many ambitions and dreams are buried every day under the soil of unemployment, poor economic conditions prevailing in many countries where Syrians live, as these dreams lack the opportunity to be launched and implemented on the ground, forcing many young people to work in a field that they do not like to make a living within the monotony and constraints, thus they do not excel or master it.
Many of our dreams stand at that point, and do not think of alternative solution! Which is free lancing, to become a manager of yourself, which means that you have a free hand to work with the mechanism, and system that you see appropriate, in addition to the complete freedom in choosing tasks to work on, and the selection of the time to perform those tasks. You do not have to be linked with working conditions, you do not have to wake up early, and certainly not to do tasks that you do not like.
You will have a larger area of freedom, thereby enabling you to have a holiday in the time you want to, and dedicate longer time for your family, as the best description that can be given to freelancing is “work in what you love”, there is no freelancer that works in a field he/she does not like! There is no compelling reason for tasks you hate. Rather, one of the main reasons that lead to leave permanent and traditional jobs and go to the freelancing system, is the area of freedom which allows independents to work in what they love and excel doing it. Freelancing varies to include several areas such as translation, education, designing, programming sites, marketing and writing articles, research, data entry and analysis … etc.
As an example, a teacher recently was forced to work in sewing, before joining the platform of freelancing, and running educational e-programs, that benefited its students as well as him. platforms that include freelancers are varied such as (Elance, oDeks, FreeLancer, Fives) to facilitate their meetings, and organize work among them.
Because the very end of “Orange” organization is to create creativity, and facilitate the livelihood of the Syrians, it established in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) a training program titled ” skills of Free work,” in the city of Urfa, that included 14 male and female participants, in order to find lasting solutions to the Syrian youth, and support them to exploit their potential abilities.
