Orange has been delivering a variety of programming including livelihood support, vocational trainings, peace building, women empowerment, civil society organisation’s capacity building and development.
The team at Orange has managed capacity-building programmes for several Syrian NGOs. Orange works in partnership with NGOs to design and coordinate capacity building and needs assessment programmes for NGOs and local communities. In addition, Orange has been collaborating with International NGOs including Care International delivering livelihoods programming for Syrian refugees in Turkey. In Syria, Orange has been delivering similar vocational trainings for women in northern Syria in collaboration with GIZ.
Orange has organized capacity-building and needs assessment programmes in Turkey (Gaziantep, Antakya, Kilis, Ankara, Sanliurfa, Istanbul and other cities) as well northern Syria (Idleb, Aleppo, Hama and the Latakia countryside) and has demonstrated a solid track record of implementing programmes inside Syria and in Turkey.
In addition to medium-risk areas, such as those along the Turkish-Syrian border, where Orange manages capacity-building centres and conducts in-person training, Orange also extends services to hard-to-reach and besieged areas by hosting online training sessions and by training local facilitators to conduct training under remote supervision. Orange’s experience comes from the years of professional work in humanitarian, non-profit management, capacity building, needs assessment, consulting, management, statistics, monitoring, and evaluation of the individual team members of Orange possess.
