He joined Orange in April 2016 as training programs manager.
Before joining the team, he was a researcher and a statistical analyst, and has many scientific publications, as well as writing dozens of reports and studies.
He has extensive experience in the management of training programs and capacity building projects. He worked on organizing of more than 50 training programs, in addition to more than 600 hours of training in capacity building of staff of humanitarian organizations
His administrative role in Orange Organization is organizing and managing all training programs that the organization prepare independently as well as manage and follow-up all capacity building projects with international and local organizations, starting from writing proposals and follow up the smallest details until implementation, and impact assessment after implementation. This includes coordination and contracting with trainers, specialists and consultants, and follow-up all things, trainees, and assess their training needs, to achieve the best results, to achieve the desired goal of capacity building of staff of the organizations.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability in 2012.
