It is known that organizational excellence depends mainly on three factors: human resources, financial resources, and strategic planning. Since humans are the ones who manage and control all other factors, Mahmoud chose to dedicate his professional life for contributing to the knowledge, skills and attitudes of people.
Mahmoud started his career in Saudi Arabia working with Jarir on 2006; a leading publishing house in the Middle East, training their sales force for three years. Later on, Mahmoud worked as a training and development officer in one of the Syrian hypermarket chains. Mahmoud also worked as a training and development manager in the Council of Free Aleppo, training their teams on organizational development and negotiation skills. Mahmoud also worked as human Development Manager in Syan Institution, department of Watan Organization Turkey Gaziantep, 2014, also Chief Executive Officer in Syan Institution, department of Watan Organization Turkey Gaziantep 2014 - 2016
His thorough understanding of the Syrian situation, his solid experience in designing tens of training & developmental packages for Syrian audience, and his training expertise in enabling over 2000 individuals throughout the past couple of years are major elements to be employed in maximizing Orange’s impact as Mahmoud joined Orange 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer.
Mahmoud is a certified trainer from the Training Trainers Academy, has a diploma in conflict resolution and negotiation skills from George Mason University, has a sales trainer certificate and also carries a certificate in Management Training & HR Development. Mahmoud originally is a control engineer assistant and currently he is pursuing a project management degree in Aleppo University.
