Overview: Orange Organization (Turuncu Eğitim Derneği) is a NGO based in Gaziantep, Turkey, actively engaged in humanitarian and development projects across North West Syria and Turkey. We are seeking motivated Erasmus interns to join various departments within our organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the humanitarian sector, learn from professionals, and immerse yourself in the Syrian context. Although the internship is unpaid, there is potential for future employment based on performance, skills, and available funding.

General Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or in-progress degree in a related field
- Passion for learning and development
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory)
- Ability to adapt to challenging and dynamic environments
- Keen interest in the Syrian context and humanitarian work
Available Departments and Internship Roles:
- Education
- Required Skills: Bachelor’s in Education or relevant field, knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and classroom management.
- Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving skills.
- What You’ll Gain: Exposure to formal and non-formal education models, project management in education, and practical experience in crisis education settings.
Protection
- Required Skills: Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Child Protection, with an interest in GBV and PSS.
- Soft Skills: Emotional resilience, critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills.
- What You’ll Gain: Experience in designing child-friendly spaces, GBV interventions, and protection risk assessments.
Finance
- Required Skills: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, proficiency in Excel, experience with accounting software.

Business Development

WASH & Shelter/Infrastructure and Environment

Media

Logistics
