All suppliers must provide samples for all materials listed within the group for which the bidder has submitted an offer in this tender. The samples must be delivered within the same timeframe allowed for submitting the financial and technical proposals. In case of any deficiency in the submitted samples, Orange Organization reserves the right to accept or reject the offer.
All samples must be sent or delivered physically to one of Orange's offices according to the addresses mentioned above.

يجب على جميع الموردين تقديم عينات لكافة المواد المدرجة ضمن المجموعة التي قدم عليها العارض في هذه المناقصة ويتم تسليم العينات ضمن نفس الوقت المسموح لتقديم العروض المالية والفنية، في حال وجود نقص في العينات المقدمة يحق لمنظمة أورانج قبول أو رفض العرض.
جميع العينات يجب إرسالها أوتسليمها بشكل فيزيائي في أحد مكاتب أورنج بحسب العناوين المذكورة أعلاه.
