- All suppliers must submit a sample before the closing date of the tender and in a quantity of approximately 1 liter (to be sufficient for technical testing). The sample must be delivered within the same time frame allowed for the submission of financial and technical offers.
- A bidder who does not submit a sample before the closing date of the tender and in a quantity of approximately 1 litre will have his offer rejected.
The sample must be sent or delivered physically to one of Orange's offices according to the addresses mentioned above.

- يجب على جميع الموردين تقديم عينة قبل الموعد النهائي لاغلاق المناقصة وبكمية 1 لتر تقريبا (لتكون كافية لاجراء الاختبار التقني ). ويجب تسليم العينة في نفس الإطار الزمني المسموح به لتقديم العروض المالية والفنية.
- العارض الذي لم يقدم عينة قبل الموعد النهائي لاغلاق المناقصة وبكمية 1 لتر تقريبا يعتبر عرضه مرفوضاً.
يجب إرسال أوتسليم العينة بشكل فيزيائي في أحد مكاتب أورنج بحسب العناوين المذكورة أعلاه.
