The Provision of Training for Teachers and Principals according to INEE Minimum Standards.
To meet the training needs and build the capacity of Syrian teachers, especially newly graduates or volunteer’s teachers, and provide them with the necessary skills to provide services for students affected by the crisis.
First Stage (Pedagogy, Curriculum, and Planning and Teacher learning circles): is concerned to provide the teacher with the necessary knowledge in regard to the classroom Management, Assessments, and teaching plans)
Second Stage: (Child protection, Teacher wellbeing and GBV): is to promotes a classroom and school environment free from abuse, discrimination, exploitation, and violence, including sexual and gender-based violence and that the teachers understand the importance of his/her well-being as a factor influencing student well-being, and practices strategies to maintain well-being including mindfulness, conflict resolution and stress management techniques.
Third stage focuses on refining the character of the teacher themselves, providing them with life skills and citizenship skills, and the ability to provide the child with these skills, Such as communication skills, problem solving skills and communication skills.
Newly graduated teachers, volunteers and old teachers.
Build the capacity of teachers who are working in the affected schools in northern Syria (Aleppo- Idleb- Hama) on the following topics (Pedagogy, Curriculum, and Planning, Child protection and Teacher wellbeing and live skills).
Increase 2570 teachers capacities in (Pedagogy, curriculum, and planning, child protection and teacher wellbeing and live skills).
